[NEEDS_REVIEW] Your data stays your data

[NEEDS_REVIEW] End-to-end encryption, no ad-tech, and one button to take everything with you or delete it forever.

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Where do you live?

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Three things we promise

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Short version, in plain English.

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Encrypted in transit and at rest

[NEEDS_REVIEW] What you write is encrypted before it leaves your device and stays encrypted on our side. We can't read it, and we don't want to.

[NEEDS_REVIEW] GDPR-aligned by default

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Access, export, and erasure are one tap each. We treat the same standard as the floor everywhere, not just in the EU.

[NEEDS_REVIEW] No medical claims, ever

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Soulwise is a daily check-in app. It is not a medical device, not a cycle health product, and not a stand-in for professional support.

[NEEDS_REVIEW] What this means for you

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Nobody reads your notes but you

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Not us, not advertisers, not researchers. The encryption keys are derived on your device.

[NEEDS_REVIEW] You can leave whenever

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Export a clean copy of your data, or delete every byte, in one tap. No support ticket required.

[NEEDS_REVIEW] We won't pretend to be your doctor

[NEEDS_REVIEW] If something belongs in a clinic or with a real human, Soulwise will tell you so out loud.

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Privacy you can see

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Every promise is a screen you can open and read for yourself.

[NEEDS_REVIEW] For the engineer in the room

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Open this section if you'd like the technical detail. The plain-English version above is the same story, just shorter.

[NEEDS_REVIEW] AES-256 in transit and at rest

[NEEDS_REVIEW] TLS 1.3 on the wire, AES-256-GCM at rest. Keys are derived per-user and rotated on a schedule.

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Per-user data encryption keys

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Data keys are wrapped by a user-derived key in a managed KMS. The platform key holders cannot decrypt user content.

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Embeddings are encrypted, too

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Vector embeddings used by the companion are stored encrypted and scoped to the owning user only.

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Vector purge on erasure

[NEEDS_REVIEW] When you press Erase All, vectors and anchors are purged from the index within a short, finite window.

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Your rights

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Three rights you have, in plain language.

  • [NEEDS_REVIEW] Right of access — [NEEDS_REVIEW] See a clean readout of everything Soulwise stores for you, on demand.
  • [NEEDS_REVIEW] Right to erasure — [NEEDS_REVIEW] One tap to delete everything. The action is final and the timeline is short.
  • [NEEDS_REVIEW] Right to portability — [NEEDS_REVIEW] Export your full history as CSV or iCal so you can take it anywhere.
[NEEDS_REVIEW] Can my doctor read my Soulwise notes?

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Only if you export and share them yourself. Soulwise has no provider portal and no third-party data feed.

[NEEDS_REVIEW] What happens if I delete my account?

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Your content, embeddings, and memory anchors are removed in a short window. After that, nothing remains that's tied to you.

[NEEDS_REVIEW] Do you sell or share my data?

[NEEDS_REVIEW] No. Soulwise has no ad business, no third-party trackers in the app shell, and no data partnerships of that shape.
