AES-256 in transit and at rest
TLS 1.3 on the wire, AES-256-GCM at rest. Keys are derived per-user and rotated on a schedule.
Per-user data encryption keys
Data keys are wrapped by a user-derived key in a managed KMS. The platform key holders cannot decrypt user content.
Embeddings are encrypted, too
Vector embeddings used by the companion are stored encrypted and scoped to the owning user only.
Vector purge on erasure
When you press Erase All, vectors and anchors are purged from the index within a short, finite window.
Your rights

- Right of access — See a clean readout of everything Soulwise stores for you, on demand.
- Right to erasure — One tap to delete everything. The action is final and the timeline is short.
- Right to portability — Export your full history as CSV or iCal so you can take it anywhere.
Can my doctor read my Soulwise notes?
Only if you export and share them yourself. Soulwise has no provider portal and no third-party data feed.
What happens if I delete my account?
Your content, embeddings, and memory anchors are removed in a short window. After that, nothing remains that's tied to you.
Do you sell or share my data?
No. Soulwise has no ad business, no third-party trackers in the app shell, and no data partnerships of that shape.
