Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

At My Zodiac AI, we strive to provide you with high-quality astrological services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Refund Window

You have 3 (three) days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests received after this 3-day period will not be eligible for processing.

The refund window begins at the time of purchase and expires exactly 3 days later (72 hours). For example, if you made a purchase on January 1st at 2:00 PM, you have until January 4th at 2:00 PM to request a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Bundle purchases where some items were used but others were not

Partial refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion of the service and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
