The Sunday recap letter — your week, gathered up.

Every Sunday at 9 a.m. local time, Luminara writes you a letter that references specific people and entries from the week. Sparse weeks get skipped — no filler. Premium-only.

When it generates

Sunday at 9 a.m. in your local timezone — not UTC. The recap composes overnight using everything you wrote, checked in, and read between the last recap and now.

What it contains

A letter, three to six paragraphs long. It names specific people from your album. It quotes (with permission) snippets you journaled. It calls out a pattern the engine noticed across the week. It ends with one gentle nudge for the week ahead — never a sales pitch.

Sparse weeks are skipped

If you barely opened the app, there's nothing to recap. The engine respects that. You'll just get the next week's letter when there's material — no fake fluff.

A sample paragraph

'Dear you — this week your partner and your sister both showed up clearly. Maya stayed quiet; Daniel surfaced after nine days away. Three patterns: warmth on Monday, restlessness around Wednesday, and a late-week reset you wrote about on Friday. One nudge for the week ahead: the conflict tag on Maya wants a short check-in, not a long talk.' Example output — not generated for you.
Why Sunday at 9 a.m. specifically?

Because that's the most-tested window for weekly reflection content. Earlier — too rushed before the weekend ends. Later — competes with Monday prep. 9 a.m. Sunday gives a calm read-window before the new week starts. Local time, not UTC, so the rhythm matches the user.

Can I read past recap letters?

Yes — recap letters are archived indefinitely on premium. You can also export them.

Does the recap include the AI coach exchanges?

It references them when they shaped the week's pattern, but it quotes journal entries (with your control), not coach replies.
