What does a sign compatibility score mean?

How we construct the score

Each sign-pair guide compares traditional astrological correspondences: element, modality, and the relationship lens being discussed, such as friendship, romance, or work. Editors use these correspondences to describe potential patterns, strengths, and tensions.

What the score cannot tell you

A Sun-sign pairing cannot assess the quality, safety, or future of a real relationship. It does not account for complete birth charts, consent, communication, lived experience, or personal circumstances. Do not use it as the basis for a relationship decision.

For a more personal reading

A synastry reading uses both people’s birth dates, times, and locations to calculate chart placements and inter-aspects. The astronomical calculations are distinct from the interpretive astrology layer and should not be presented as evidence that an interpretation is scientifically proven.
